Dr. FatemehsadatMirmohammadmakki received her PhD in Food Science and Engineering, specializing in Food Chemistry, from the Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University in 2021. She subsequently joined a research group at the same institution. Her research focuses on agricultural products, edible oils, plant extracts, and the application of biosorbents to reduce heavy-metal contamination in food, soil, and wastewater. She is also a researcher at the Medical Ethics and Law Research Center of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. As a lecturer and researcher, she has contributed to sustainable pollution control and food safety. She has published numerous scientific articles, participated in many national and international conferences, and authored books and book chapters published by reputable international publishers
